I really appreciated that Scott was frank and open about everything. He didn't try to sell me on something I couldn't afford, and steered me in the right direction as far as what I actually needed. I ended up leasing a 2016 crosstrek, and couldn't be happier wits my experience. He was right, it's a great car that works perfectly with my city and outdoors lifestyles.
