I had scheduled a service appointment for today at 9:30am with Benny over the phone. I had 3 different issues with my vehicle all under warranty that needed to be taken care of. After arriving for my appointment, Benny told me I had to wait since he had a lot of cars to take care of. I replied that I had an appointment. His response was: What am I supposed to do? Look, I have this lady here waiting. I have a lot of people. And turned around and left. I told him again, I have an appointment. What are appointments for then? He did not reply. I left very disappointed at the service. This was my 2nd and last vehicle from this dealer. This is not the kind of reply you give to a customer, much less with an appointment! More
