Poor customer service. Ya have to retrieve my car for myself. Nobody brought it to me. The service advisor never told me about other service that the car need. Where do i start i drop my yukon off with a noise coming from the front of the engine and they call me the next day that it was the lifters and the torque converter, they needed to order parts. So 2 weeks l from the front of the engine and they call me the next day that it was the lifters and the torque converter, they needed to order parts. So 2 weeks later they call me and tell me my yukon is ready so i go pick it up, the list of parts were lifters , camshaft ,new gaskets all new seals, the transmission was almost a full rebuild and a torque converter so when i get home i looked under the car and the transmission was never touched nor was the engine the only thing that they replaced was the water pump. Nothing under the car was touched not 1 bolt was touched not even broken loose i am very dissapointed with this service center and to top it off you cant even get a service manager on the phone and they work office hours More
