The service dept is the same if not worse. Same empty promises and staffed with people that have no clue as to what they are doing. If you make the mistake of coming to lorenzo dont even bother making and appointment, you'd be better off just pulling in at a random time to get something not repaired, xxxx, I'm sure you would get out of that purgatory faster More

The truck was not starting properly and I took it in again. I was told it was not running rite because the service work had not been done. When I informed them they were the only one to do the service work they then said I needed a new starter. On three different occasions I made appointments to bring the truck back and they did not have the starter. I contacted Ford and They had me take the truck to Gus Muchado Ford who changed the camshaft positioning sensor and fixed the problem. Do not take you vehicle to them!!! More

When I finally asked her about recall, she shoved a business card towards me. I asked how long service would take. Her response without looking up was two days. No offer of courtesy car, no other information. I left took car to another Ford dealership. This is my second horrible experience with Lorenzo previously Armstrong Ford. More
