I had the misfortune of having my Escape break down in Homestead. (I live in Stuart.) Had it towed to Lorenzo Ford. They had my car for 2 weeks and continually misdiagnosed the problem. I usually had to initiate phone calls to find out what was going on. I was told it was the engine, then the fuel pump, It was very distressing. When my car was finally finished I received a bill for over $800. $600 was for labor. So I paid for their inability to find the problem. After I got the car home, on the floor of my car, I found the battery cover, a thick wire, and the carpet covering was ripped open. More

Worst place ever! Purchased a car and one month later it broke down, called to speak to someone in service to schedule an appointment to get it fixed and The “Manager” Purchased a car and one month later it broke down, called to speak to someone in service to schedule an appointment to get it fixed and The “Manager” was so rude, unprofessional and nasty. She said she only assists customers, so Im not a customer??? said she didn’t want to argue and no longer wanted to speak to me so she hung up. She didn't even give me her name when i asked for it. The customer service here is horrible. No one here is caring or willing to help. She needs to get replaced asap. The whole experience has been unpleasant. If I need to get a lawyer I will. More
