Stopped in to have a rear hatch lift cylinder replaced. Service Writer looked at it, verified it needed to be replaced, determined when one would be there and set up an appointment. The Chevy Equinox I purchased from this exact location (when it was a Chevy dealer) was always washed at the Chevy dealers, no matter what I had done, including just an oil change.
