My 2019 ford mustang was having an issue with the passenger side front tire as it was losing psi faster than normal. I showed up early Saturday morning and the more than nice service advisor/ technic passenger side front tire as it was losing psi faster than normal. I showed up early Saturday morning and the more than nice service advisor/ technician heard my problem and took my car in at around 7;30.at 9 am.The advisor called me up and reported r he tire was fine all they did was clear debris from the bead air stem.All for no charge. Stopped in to have a rear hatch lift cylinder replaced. Service Writer looked at it, verified it needed to be replaced, determined when one would be there and set up an appointment. The Chevy Equinox I purchased from this exact location (when it was a Chevy dealer) was always washed at the Chevy dealers, no matter what I had done, including just an oil change. Ford dealers have never even offered to wash. More
