2023 Dodge Challenger battery died on the car and lost all drive modes, lost A/C and other functions on Uconnect.. tried to call Lou Fusz on 2 occasions and no answer so had to leave a message and no call all drive modes, lost A/C and other functions on Uconnect.. tried to call Lou Fusz on 2 occasions and no answer so had to leave a message and no call back was received so drove to dealership to have looked at and Service Department says they are busy and would like to keep the car overnight. So I said sure but I need a Rental… their response …. “ Ahhhhhhh We Do Not Have No Rental “ I asked them if they could change the oil and Service Manager Says” You have to have an appointment. Although when I Had an Oil Change Last Time They Said “ I DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT” Service Manger says “ Oh you have to have an appointment.. I asked when did this change He Says “ 3 Weeks Ago” The Service Department Says “ Oh we can check your battery though” Asked Service Lady if I could make an Appointment to have my Car looked at and to have oil changed… She Says “ Well we can wait on that till we find out if your battery is any good “… REALLY?!?!? What does an Oil Change have to do with the battery?!?!?! She do you know where the waiting room is??? So I am waiting for them to test the battery which with no updates on how long it is going to take … been sitting for awhile now in the waiting room and no updates and no rental car.. Called Dodges Complaint Line and told them the situation with the car and no rental and their response was “ You Can Call a Rental Car place to have them pick you up and get a rental car “ BUT” you are going to have to pay out of your Pocket and Dodge will reimburse you” Why Should I Have To Pay Out of My Pocket especially when I paid for an Extended warranty plus the car only has 4000 miles on it and should be covered under Dodges 3 year 36000 mile warranty” Rediculous when you Pay thousands of dollars for a car only to get the shaft. I will be taking my business to another dealership once I get out of here and they are thru testing my battery…. To think it only takes o’Reillys 5 minutes to test a battery but Dodge 3 hrs. More

Personnel were very attentive and concise. Being somewhat incapacitated, they were very helpful and attentive to my needs. I was given a loaner but before I could leave the lot they noticed Being somewhat incapacitated, they were very helpful and attentive to my needs. I was given a loaner but before I could leave the lot they noticed that, due to my height, I had a little trouble gettiinto the vehicle, stopped me and put me into a larger vehicle which I appreciate. All in all, this was a very good experience. More
