I have the platinum coverage on my Telluride , covers cracked windshield, rock chip. Today I took my car in to have the windshield fix due to a small rock chip, when they told me my car is good to go the cracked windshield, rock chip. Today I took my car in to have the windshield fix due to a small rock chip, when they told me my car is good to go they took me back to the service area and said we have a big problem our guys cracked your windshield and I said well ya all need to fix it. The manager talked to my husband and said they will not cover the cracked windshield the employees did. I will never do business with Lou Fusz Kia moline. When you get the platinum coverage packages BEWARE!!!! More
