Very long wait times, but amazing service Jeff is amazing- he is the one bright spot in my visits to the service center. The wait times can be very long. A few weeks ago, I had an appointment to have one headlight bulb changed and it took 1.5 hours. This week I had new tires put on my car (again, a scheduled appointment). It took 3.5 hours. With no option to get a loaner vehicle, it is very inconvenient. **Edit- Jeff and the Lou Fusz Subaru team stepped up and helped us when we had an emergency car issue. They went WAY above and beyond for us. I would recommend this dealership and service center because they do things the right way. More
Pleasant and fast in but no resolution to the problem I had an issue with my 2017 Outback not starting. It was -20F and the starter relay would not have the starter engage. I tired moving the shifter nume I had an issue with my 2017 Outback not starting. It was -20F and the starter relay would not have the starter engage. I tired moving the shifter numerous time to neutral and back to park, turned steering wheel, had a freind rock the car back and forth while in neutral and then putting in back... Waited and hour and the starter engaged and car started right up. Brought it in to have it checked out and while the technician could see that there was a communication issue on the computer he could not get the starter relay to fail, I was told to bring it back in when it does it again??? I left wondering if my nex ski trip to MN next year will leave me stranded in the cold. More

Great service Last Friday 1 1/2 hours before their close I limped into my Subaru dealer with my Subaru Legacy barely running. They let me know they had 40 people already scheduled for service and although I had no appointment they would do their best on Saturday. There is no cash cage to go to it is immediate service as the team goes over the complete service and then a sincere "Thank you, and hope to see you again." Instead of calling about my concern, you called with a phone version of the same experience, to which I said NO. It is like you did not listen to the first feedback, why give you more. And now a text asking me for my feedback again. You do not care, my opinion has not changed, and I am annoyed now. More
