Chuck BBG guy, Thank you for your feedback, we will use your response to help us better perfect our processes. In addition, we have updated several systems in our store. We added a system that will allow you to pay directly from your mobile phone while you wait. This will alleviate you even having to go to a payment counter if you would like. Also, we apologize for the miscommunication on the time it would take to complete your recall. It sounds like there was a miss communication between our scheduling department and our advisers. We are looking into all solutions to these issues including having the advisers confirm all work the day before to ensure we are able to complete all promised work.
