Service dept greatly understaffed with advisors. It took a week to get an answer about the status of our car. Jeff asked me to wait for a couple of days but a week later still no answer calls and were not returned. In all fairness I think Jeff was overloaded due to under staffing. We were even transferred to L.F. Mitsubishi by the phone system!. There were days only 1 service advisor was there added to the fact they had to act as cashiers! I would like to praise Abby for helping my wife get an answer about the car. If not for her I think my car would still be there , us still waiting for an answer. The service situation needs to be fixed. I love my Subaru, I would hate to go somewhere else. More

Outstanding I was experiencing an intermittent blower motor problem. I actually had an appt previously but the blower resumed operation on my way to the appt., I was experiencing an intermittent blower motor problem. I actually had an appt previously but the blower resumed operation on my way to the appt., so I cancelled. It was acting up again so I pulled in so someone could acknowledge the problem. Much to my surprise, they told me, if we have the part I can be back on the road in an hour. Well they did have the part and I wS back on the road in 45 minutes. Ourstanding service. Did not expect to have my issue resolved that day much less in 45 min. Great Job Lou Fusz Subaru St Peter's. My only regret is I didn't get any names. So thank you to all in the Service Department. Not impressed First off, they sold us a car that did not have a current emissions inspection (which is illegal). So we had to go back just for that before we could title the car. Second, we got an email indicating that there was a recall. We called the service department and left a message. It was never returned. While getting the above emissions test, we were told the recall work would take about an hour. We returned after getting the title and then was told it would take all day and we needed to leave the car. So at this point, we haven't had this work done. More
My Subaru was finished within the time frame they promised The car was done as promised and repairs made. The car performs as it always does. I will always drive a Subaru. Review I gave 3 stars for a couple of reasons. First, dept. can’t seem to find why my car barely turns over in cold weather. Second, my brakes have rated a y I gave 3 stars for a couple of reasons. First, dept. can’t seem to find why my car barely turns over in cold weather. Second, my brakes have rated a yellow mark the last two times I have brought it in with measurements of 4mm and 6mm. This time, they rated in the green area with measurements of 8mm and 8 mm. I caught it when getting ready to pay. Lead technician then measured again and they were 3mm. So......first mechanic simply didn’t do his job. This is concerning. More
Amazing service department I had never owned a Subaru until a year ago. I love my Subaru, but I also love the service department at this dealership. I’ve never had anything actually wrong with my Forester, but I have been into the service department 4 or more times with questions. Ok, I admit I’d rather talk to a person than look in a manual. Today I stopped in and talked with Matt Woodson because of a light that can on. Matt has helped me on most of my visits. He was able to take me right away and found a nail in my tire. I got my tire fixed and a brief check over on my car for just the price of the tire repair. This review is long because I am so shocked to being reviewing any auto dealer or service department with a positive review. Good job Matt. You are knowledgeable, always helpful and very respectful.
