Problem fixed, no charge Jeff identified my issue as related to my recent battery replacement (not at Lou Fusz) and reprogrammed by passenger window control. I had no idea that "automatic" electric window controls on Subaru's need to be reprogrammed after the complete power failure. Kudos, Lou Fusz dealership!!! More

Oil change took too long I had an appointment at 12:30. I arrived at 12:22. I was finally finished at 2:10. That is entirely too long for an oil change. Here are the problems: you must be over-scheduling the work. The bigger problem is that your service reps are also cashiers. They’re busy enough with customers bringing in their cars for service. You need to re-think this situation and have a cashier. I am considering going elsewhere for my oil changes. The cost was $50.11. I know I can get that cheaper. Whatever happened to your coupons? This new management is a very bad idea. You are driving your good customers away. We have owned three Subaru’s but when it’s time to get a new car, the next one may not be a Subaru. Your service reps are great. They just are being pushed too much. More
