Waited two hours past appointment time Disappointed in my service during this visit. The first issue was my appointment was scheduled the 8:15 yet my car was not worked on until 10:15-10:30 Disappointed in my service during this visit. Second issue if they the pretty that was installed in my car was defective and in weirder condition than the pet it replaced. Juan worked with me to keep me in a vehicle during the interim period. He kept me informed of the scheduled delivery, giving me regular updates on it's estimated arrival time. Yay, my vehicle arrived earlier than anticipated! I scheduled an appointment with Juan to pick up my vehicle. He made sure to go through all of the new features thoroughly before I left and assured me that if I had any questions or problems I could come back in anytime and he would be happy to help.
