Horrendous communication I recently had warranty work done on my car at this dealership. New engine from what I can understand because as the title say communication was horrible. It actually still hasn't been addressed by the manager, still waiting. But what brought me here is a text message asking how my service was. When I picked up my car after $12,500 of warranty work and $1,250 of my own money I noticed there was a piece missing that secures my air intake box to the body of the car.... I pointed this out and was apologised to. The part was ordered and they made an appt for next for next Saturday. I had to work last saryed6and forgot about the appt. I got no reminders, no "why didn't you show up", nothing. And now I got a text with "how was your service". Avoid this dealership like the plague... More
Finally someone who cares Had the same issue since buying the car. The dealership I bought the car from either ignored me our overly fought me about this work. Went to Lou Fusz and worked with Jeff. Professional and irganized Jeff worked me though the issues keeping me informed. What a difference and now for the first time I trust the car is really fixed. Won’t buy anywhere else. More

Waited two hours past appointment time Disappointed in my service during this visit. The first issue was my appointment was scheduled the 8:15 yet my car was not worked on until 10:15-10:30 Disappointed in my service during this visit. The first issue was my appointment was scheduled the 8:15 yet my car was not worked on until 10:15-10:30. Second issue if they the pretty that was installed in my car was defective and in weirder condition than the pet it replaced. I'm still waiting for resolution and now have to take time off of work to get my car issue resolved. More

Juan worked with me to k The vehicle I wanted was not available at the time I had to turn in my lease, but was scheduled for delivery within 10 days. Juan worked with me to keep me in a vehicle during the interim period. He kept me informed of the scheduled delivery, giving me regular updates on it's estimated arrival time. Yay, my vehicle arrived earlier than anticipated! I scheduled an appointment with Juan to pick up my vehicle. He made sure to go through all of the new features thoroughly before I left and assured me that if I had any questions or problems I could come back in anytime and he would be happy to help. This is my 3rd Subaru vehicle from this dealership and everyone I have ever dealt with here has been exceptional. More
