What first heightened my attention to Subaru was when I check their resale value and then tripped over Subaru customer satisfaction ratings. These, in combination with the fact that during our vacations this year, one to the Pacific NW and the other to Yellowstone, practically every other car was a Subaru. Each person I asked about their car gave them high praise. Earlier in the year I had dropped by to look at one and met a very nice young man - Steven Miller (#STLSubaruGuy). He was very helpful and not a bit pushy. I rarely let a sales guy have my number but shared it with Steven and told him he was welcome to text me. He did so several times over the coming months. He also organized several test drives for my family members. He made them very easy. We showed up, the car was ready, we drove the car, returned the key, and went home - no drama. A very bright young man! After deciding to purchase the car, I called Steven and set up an appointment. We were able to quickly come to agreement on price and close the deal. Steven and the team were very friendly and enjoyable to deal with and the process was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Steven and the dealership. More

Although none were available in the St. Louis area, Steven went on a desperate search to find one only 2 days later. I am so happy with my new vehicle and car-buying experiennce.
