I took my car in to be repaired. It sounded like the engine was going to fall out and shook terribly. $2700 later we were told the car was ready to be picked up. The next night my daughter came over and drove me to the grocery store. I could not believe how bad the car sounded. Like the engine wàs about to drop and it still shook terribly!! I invited Mr Murphy Jr to take a ride in the car do he could see first hand the poor job the techs did on the car. How in the world they could say it was fixed!! If they couldn’t repair it ww should have been notified and we would have used that money as a down payment on a newer safer car!!! Mike Jr did not accept my invitation to take a ride in the car. I wish he would. He should be aware of the kind of crummy work his service department is putting out. It’s a open invitation Mr Murphy Jr. Take s drive in this garbage your people called repaired.
