Obviously new cars are in a shorter supply than a year ago so you need to find a dealer with inventory and skilled sales professionals. That's where Mike Murphy Kia and Jesse shine. Mike Jr. is the second generation to run the dealership. He like his dad takes pride in his dealership, showroom and customer attention. Mike's location near the port in GA allows them access to more cars than other Kia dealers. Finally and not least is Jesse. I talked to Jesse over the phone and via text several times to find a car and make sure we were aligned on our needs and desires. Jesse called me an told me that a Telluride was coming in and matching the list of our needs and wants. I told Jesse I wanted to make sure the numbers were satisfactory before we would commit to the purchase and the trip. Via text and email we were able to settle on a purchase price that made sense for both of us. I asked him to make sure that all the paperwork that could be completed ahead of time was ready so we would not spend a 1/2 of the day at the dealer. He assured me that he would. Jesse stayed in constant contact over the next two weeks keeping me updated on the status of the new Telluride. We waited for Jesse to confirm the receipt of the vehicle before scheduling to meet to finalize the transaction. When we arrived at the dealership Jesse was waiting for us to take one final test drive to explain all of the features of the Telluride. He was very thorough. He explained everything and answered all the questions my wife and I had. You can tell Jesse love what he does. He finds that balance of fighting for your deal while being fair to Mike and the dealership. I would buy another car from Mike and Jesse in the future and you should too. It is worth the trip. Joe K.
