Jessie did an outstanding job selling the car and making sure we were comfortable and informed through the car buying process. For his role, he gets 5 stars. The dealership gets 4 stars. We purchased a Telluride, which is an amazing vehicle which is in high demand and low inventory. The dealership, and all of the dealerships for that matter, have taken advantage of this and are marking the vehicle up from it's sticker price. This is a major problem with me. I have a hard enough time paying sticker price, let alone over sticker price. If the vehicle is in high demand but you have low inventory, make more of them. Don't punish the very people who are making the vehicle popular, by charging them extra. That is price gouging. That mark up earned the dealer a 3 star rating, but they earned a bump up to 4 when they discounted the extended warranty for me. More
