Clearly we had an excellent buying experience with our first car and we have had the same satisfying experience with our second purchase. Karl T. did us right the first time and so we went directly to him for our second purchase. He did us right again. Karl took time with us; was honest and upfront about everything; and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire buying experience. We can also say the same about Eric T. and his team. Eric was understanding of our needs and went above and beyond to give us in a fair deal. Our first car was serviced solely at this dealership, and so with three years of using their service department, I can say I'm equally impressed with the service team. Fair and honest are the first words that come to mind when I think of this dealership. The team has integrity and they all work for the good of the client. Thank you Mike Murphy Kia, we'll be back.
