We had the best experience! We actually thought the car lot was closed so we were just looking, but Eric came out and introduced himself. poor after sale service have been waiting 2 months since the purchase for the company to forward the paperwork to the ga tag office with the fee ( which the bank has paid the have been waiting 2 months since the purchase for the company to forward the paperwork to the ga tag office with the fee ( which the bank has paid them). still have not seen any result. now because of their delay, there is a $100 fine plus the fee. which i will pay all myself. in addition to having to payback the loan which already includes this fee. More

If more stars were available, I'd give Eric Tucker and Mike Murphy Kia of Brunswick a ten. I'd been looking for an SUV for a month, scouring Auto Trader, Car Guru and every other sale site for that elusiv Mike Murphy Kia of Brunswick a ten. I'd been looking for an SUV for a month, scouring Auto Trader, Car Guru and every other sale site for that elusive dream - a great vehicle with a great deal. I found it at Mike Murphy Kia with a 2014 Subaru Outback. One of the first things I did was to call and ask the salesman, Eric Tucker, if it was a car he'd sell his daughter. You see, I live 3 1/2 hours away and didn't want to make the drive for nothing. Trust me, in past years, with other dealers, that's exactly what had happened. Eric was straightforward and upfront, telling me about any faults the vehicle had. Integrity. That's what you will get with Eric and the dealership. Integrity is hard enough to find anywhere, much less with a business that relies on sales. I made the drive and was not disappointed with the vehicle or experience. Face it - most people feel about buying a car as they would going to a dentist with no novacain. Eric is personable and very knowledgeable, taking all the time I needed to look over the car and engine and answering my many questions. The test drive was as extensive as I wanted and very informative. Honestly, I have to say, I had a great time! Eric turned me over to the other Eric, in finance, to complete the paperwork. Deal done, I made the long trek home, appreciating every minute, my new (and improved) chariot. I hadn't been home long when the phone rang and Eric (salesman) asked if I made it home ok. He told me he'd also let Mr. Murphy know because he had asked the same question as Eric. Now, how many businesses do that?! I am so glad I found the dealership and the next time I buy a car, I will again, make the trip. Guaranteed. More
