This was one of the best experiences I have had with a vehicle, period. Mr. Patrick Williams was an absolute wonderful person to buy from. I started browsing online and sent in a request, mostly just to check things out. He contacted me the next day and we got the ball rolling. One of the things I wanted to do was to go ahead and see what was available to me, and Mr. Williams gladly helped. When I messed up the credit application, he called me right away and put in the information himself, and got me approved! I drove up to the dealership and informed Mr. Williams that although I wanted to buy a manual, I wanted to test drive an automatic since I was a bit rusty with stick. This wasn't even an issue. In fact, while driving the automatic, Mr. Williams kept letting me know I could open her up a bit! When we went to pick up what would soon be my car, he let me drive it around in a parking lot, at my request, so I could again get used to manual. Even though Mr. Williams was busy that day, he had no issues letting me step outside for a little while to talk about the deal with my father. I left that afternoon in a very nice car. Outstanding dealership and perfect service.
