He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, and took the time to listen to what we wanted in a vehicle. We test drove a couple and then left. We came back, test drove again and still didn't buy. We FINALLY made a decision on which vehicle would be best for us and closed the deal. At no time were we pressured into a vehicle we really didn't want. Travis was easy to get ahold of each and every time and never pressured us into making a decision that day. He waited until the time was right for us and then guided us through the process. I don't know if we will ever go to a different dealership as long as Travis is at King GM. Great Truck buying experience Kyle and Chris worked very hard to find me and my girlfriend the truck that we wanted. They had to do a dealer transfer to get the color and options that we wanted. They went and got the truck, put the accessories on it that we wanted, and called us when it was done. The whole process took just a few days. When we showed up, the truck was ready to go. We were in and out of the business office in less than (30) minutes. Chris went over the vehicle with us, and showed us how everything worked. Great experience. These guys made me feel like a KING! More
