All in all a very easy place to do business from start to finish. One of the more notable aspects of the dealership in general was that all salespeople were friendly and seemed very attentive to their customers as well as people they only had passing contact with. I was greeted by a nice salesman who helped show me all available options in my price range - and didn't pressure me to spend more than I wanted to. What a refreshing change from what Ive been used to in the past! When introduced me to the manager, Mr. Voneif, he made sure I was happy with what I was buying. He walked me through the paperwork, and after establishing a little dialogue, (a necessary evil of buying a car, I guess), he explained each part to me and within an hour I was off in my new GMC Sierra. I had been researching vehicles for a while before I decided that I wanted the Buick Enclave. I contacted the dealership online and decided to drive to the dealership. Within 30 minutes of my online i decided that I wanted the Buick Enclave. I contacted the dealership online and decided to drive to the dealership. Within 30 minutes of my online inquiry, I was contacted by Roger Russell. I let him know that I was in the parking lot and what I wanted to see. When we met, Roger took me in and introduced me to a couple people and then quickly took me to see the used Enclaves. He showed me exactly what I was interested in test driving and detailed the features of each vehicle. After the test drive, I found the one I wanted and we went inside to start the paperwork. Roger was aware of my price range and kept the payments within that range with out trying to convince me of anything different. After a bit of a wait, I met with financing to complete the paperwork. This, too, was a smooth, fast and pleasant experience. I did not feel like I was dealing with car sales people, but with friends. I was in and out of the dealership with my purchase within a couple of hours. Everyone was very nice, professional, and willing to help me with everything that I needed to get my vehicle. I will always go back to this dealership and Roger for all of my future vehicle needs. More
