When Honda has a recall, it should be noted that Dealerships cannot make the repairs. I have been to the Dealership to have me HRV Recall repaired twice and both times I was made to wait 2 hours bef Dealerships cannot make the repairs. I have been to the Dealership to have me HRV Recall repaired twice and both times I was made to wait 2 hours before someone approached me to tell me that they do not have proper tooling. I specifically informed the service department this year of the issue from the prior year. He told me to come on in and they could at a loss fix it. I'm at a loss. More
