I never once felt pressured or stressed. After feeling very depreciated from the new car dealerships, I felt as though I was treated with respect, honesty, kindness, and hospitality any time I spoke with Mike or Shane. Expectations were clear from the beginning, and they were able to get me a great rate and a fair price on a car that I now love. After buying the car and noticing there was one issue, they quickly fixed the problem and went above and beyond to accommodate. I would and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! Stopped by the lot to see a solara that we had noticed from the road. I've dreaded car dealership visits for years as i have had a couple of bad experiences and i've never been comfortable with sales - e from the road. I've dreaded car dealership visits for years as i have had a couple of bad experiences and i've never been comfortable with sales - especially pushy sales. Upon arrival i was greeted by a very nice gentleman who shook my hand and told me his name was Shane. We had a brief friendly conversation and he grabbed the keys so i could look inside the car. He was very laid back and didn't drop any of the cliche "you need to buy this car right now" lines. He pointed out some key features of the car and let me know that if i was looking specifically at a solara to keep an eye out for hair line cracks in the dash. When i decided to take it for a test drive and tried to start it the battery was dead. He jumped it and i took it for a quick drive and loved it. My husband and i did some research prior to arriving on the lot so we knew what was fair but when we went in to talk numbers shane showed me how they came up with the price, comps in the area, the car fax and their dealer promise. He assured me that they were a family business and that their sales and rep are based on customer satisfaction and throughout the deal i felt this was accurate. I bought the car and used one of their banks to finance. I had been preapproved by my own institution but did not want to drive back to sav to pick up the check. Shane's business manager (who i believe was his uncle) was able to work out the same terms and rate as my credit union. The icing on the cake? While i was signing all the papers with my husband and the business manager, Shane took my new car to get some gas AND he put in a new battery to ensure the one that needed the jump wasn't faulty. Not only would i recommend this dealership to friends and family but we are looking to purchase again in the spring and we have Shane's card on our fridge to help us find a jeep. More
