Since none of the service coupons, that I received when I purchased my vehicle from Lucas Chevy in 2013 have expiration dates, I decided to hold onto them and use them when I really needed to. Well I decided to use the oil change and tire rotation coupon that I got back in 2013. Since the coupon I handed the woman didn't have the Lucas Chevy name and the price for the service stated on the coupon was $37.95, she refused to honor it. She stated that the price was too low. So, I handed her another coupon, this one had the Lucas Chevy name and the price was $49.95. She said this one was close to the price she recognized but she made a comment about it not having an expiration date and I said so what. After this experience, I felt like the Lucas Chevy Service department doesn't care about the people who purchase their vehicle from their own dealership and have it serviced there as opposed to somewhere else. I also felt like they cared more about the money I was going to spend on the service than me as a customer. More
