Did not like what happened to me and it’s not the dealers fault the radiator on this brand new Blazer had to be replace cause it set my Yellowstone trip back 3 days and I lost a lot of time and money. I asked for a free oil change for the inconvenience but denied. May go somewhere else closer to home next time. More

I didn’t originally get great customer service when dealing with someone there in the service department… I was being told I had to pay for something I shouldn’t have had to pay for in addition to the dealing with someone there in the service department… I was being told I had to pay for something I shouldn’t have had to pay for in addition to the needed repairs and I was told I’d get called back when I asked how much it was all going to cost. Thank goodness I never got the call back she promised because when I called back a few days later myself I got Michael and he was wonderful from start to finish. I don’t have a lot of trust with dealership service, I have often been given misinformation, inflated prices, and broken promises but I would deal with Michael again in a heartbeat. More
