If I could give them less than one star I would. I bought a brand new $66,000 Silverado 2500 diesel, once in a lifetime truck for me. The infotainment system broke at 250 miles and brought it in for warranty a brand new $66,000 Silverado 2500 diesel, once in a lifetime truck for me. The infotainment system broke at 250 miles and brought it in for warranty repair. When I picked it up there was a gouge in the trim around the radio they replaced, the leather passenger seat had 17 deep creases and gouges in it where they put their tool box or something heavy and sharp and the icing on the cake was the dent in the passenger door! No respect for your hard earned money! Of course the service manager tried to deny responsibility for the seat and the dent and said they would review the cameras to see what happened. Fortunately the leather seat eventually worked its way back, I got the dent fixed with a paint less dent removal system and they replaced the trim piece after waiting 2 months. More

Excellent job as usual. Service manager is a true professional. The only complaint I've had is the salesman never gave me my 2nd key! I would pay if I had to. i had my 2011 chevy camaro checked because it got hot (only) when in idle. they told me it was the thermostat, even though i told them that the thermostat was new. they wanted to charge me over $500 for (only) when in idle. they told me it was the thermostat, even though i told them that the thermostat was new. they wanted to charge me over $500 for the replacement. i drove it to another repair shop, they checked everything and found that there were air bubbles from having a new water pump put in. (Lucas Chevrolet did the waterpump replacement earlier)...the shop bled the hoses and everything was good. my car never got hot again! when i dropped my car off at Lucas Chevrolet I could only speak to the receptionist, a mechanic never talked to me, i insisted that it couldn't be the thermostat, but they ignored it! total rip off! and not good business More
