Lucas Chevrolet - Service Center

I was disappointed that I paid for a check for moisture that came back fine then I saw mold growing so I brought it back and was told that the inspection I was bringing it back for was free when at that po that came back fine then I saw mold growing so I brought it back and was told that the inspection I was bringing it back for was free when at that point I didn't need an inspection I had already seen the mold. So the carpet was replaced kind of sloppy and my back seat belt buckle was stuck underneath the seat. Pretty disappointing in my opinion. More

I was not at all please with my service appointments on my equinox. First of all my appointment was for 230 it was 310 before they ever took my car back which made me late to a doctors appointment the seco my equinox.
