I have had the same service writer, Steve, for all these years and he always makes sure let me know what needs to be done. The Service manager John is also awesome and knows me whenever I come in. I feel like these guys always look out for me and genuinely care. I will be looking for my next Lucas Honda Accord within the coming year. More

Generally great, usually prompt and very efficient. This time called for oil change and air bag recall. Appointment was made for Monday and when I arrived and explained to the guy I was waiting on It and c time called for oil change and air bag recall.
