Jim McDonald was great to work with. I was concerned that many of your employers were not social distancing or wearing masks. That made my wife and I uncomfortable. Advisor was great. The only problem was the wait time. I did expect with an appointment to take 2 hour to do an oil change and transmission. Also they forgot to reset to oil life back to 100%.
