I have been using Lucas since 2021 and have been pleased up until this point. It is always hard to schedule an appointment with them. They are always booked up due to holidays, summertime , and recalls as I up until this point. It is always hard to schedule an appointment with them. They are always booked up due to holidays, summertime , and recalls as I was told by the Service Advisor Kerry. Every single time I have tired its always the same ole song and dance. When asked to give me a call should someone cancel, that never happens. I keep going back because it clean and the Service Manager is Awesome. Recently my car would not start and I think it is the battery, I am a traveling Nurse and I need my vehicle. More
