While waiting, I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee and a bag of popcorn. My service was completed in a little over an hour and my car was also washed and vacumned by the service dept. This is my 2nd car purchased from Lucas Honda. I highly recommend them. More

These people messed up my rim by chipping it but did a crappy job of fixing it. Don’t worry a final complaint has been put in with Honda headquarters on this dealership. I’m livid! More

And... when I still couldn’t get it to work he came all the way out to my house to set it up for me. He is very personable and he has his cell number on his business card. So he is very easy to reach, which I think is great. I know I can count on Sheldon to help me have complete satisfaction with my new car purchase. More

I found the Accord to the finest car experience all around. Moreover, Lucas' Service Department proved excellent in the continuing maintenance of my car. As a result of my past experience, I went back to Lucas and purchased the 2019 CR-V Touring vehicle. Lucas' staff truly focused on the care of their clients and their needs. Fair CR-V pricing, Preferred Protection Plan, Extended Maintenance Plan, Loss Protection and Auto Armor set me up for virtually service free expense for the next several years. I am truly enjoying my newest purchase and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Lucas Honda. Best experience ever! More
Car never acts up at the dealership Went for an unscheduled visit due to intermittent problem with starting. My new car (15,000 miles) had issues starting over the weekend so went at 8:1 Went for an unscheduled visit due to intermittent problem with starting. My new car (15,000 miles) had issues starting over the weekend so went at 8:15 Monday morning and left car for assessment and repair. Fortunately the issue was minor and was able to retrieve by end of day. Bad cell in the battery. Glad it was a quick fix. More
