Recognizing my concern, I immediately called Scott to set up an appt. so that his techs could address my battery issue. In failing Honda's internal battery test, a replacement battery was installed. Problem resolved. As always in the past, it was an absolute pleasure working with Scott! More

Pleasant experience As expected, my visit this week to Lucas Honda was great. I scheduled an oil change and a check about a recall notice. While waiting, I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee and a bag of popcorn. My service was completed in a little over an hour and my car was also washed and vacumned by the service dept. This is my 2nd car purchased from Lucas Honda. I highly recommend them. More

These people messed up my rim by chipping it but did a crappy job of fixing it. Don’t worry a final complaint has been put in with Honda headquarters on this dealership. I’m livid! More

And... when I still couldn’t get it to work he came all the way out to my house to set it up for me. He is very personable and he has his cell number on his business card. So he is very easy to reach, which I think is great. I know I can count on Sheldon to help me have complete satisfaction with my new car purchase. More
