Recognizing my concern, I immediately called Scott to set up an appt. so that his techs could address my battery issue. In failing Honda's internal battery test, a replacement battery was installed. While waiting, I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee and a bag of popcorn. My service was completed in a little over an hour and my car was also washed and vacumned by the service dept. This is my 2nd car purchased from Lucas Honda. I highly recommend them. More

These people messed up my rim by chipping it but did a crappy job of fixing it. Don’t worry a final complaint has been put in with Honda headquarters on this dealership. I’m livid! More
