It was remarkably wonderful which is the norm for service. When I arrived, I was greeting immediately with a smile and a thank you. Following the completion of the paperwork, I was informed of the time I should receive a call from the Service Desk for me to pick up the car. (I decided to leave the car instead of waiting for it.) Within the announced time frame, the Service Desk called me that the Technician discovered a problem with the car. The Service Desk explained to me the issue and mentioned all parts were available and the work could be completed that day. After all of the work was completed, I received a telephone call that the car was ready. Upon my arrival, I was again greeted and directed to the area to pay the bill. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. More
