When we walked in we were approached by Johnny Chavez a salesman with the dealership, I have to say he was not what we had expected! when we arrived we quickly thought this would be like the other dealerships but it was far from that and it was in thanks to Johnny for being so laid back with information sales instead of pushy sales. It was remarkably wonderful which is the norm for service. When I arrived, I was greeting immediately with a smile and a thank you. Following the completion of the paperwork, I was informed of the time I shoul When I arrived, I was greeting immediately with a smile and a thank you. Following the completion of the paperwork, I was informed of the time I should receive a call from the Service Desk for me to pick up the car. (I decided to leave the car instead of waiting for it.) Within the announced time frame, the Service Desk called me that the Technician discovered a problem with the car. The Service Desk explained to me the issue and mentioned all parts were available and the work could be completed that day. After all of the work was completed, I received a telephone call that the car was ready. Upon my arrival, I was again greeted and directed to the area to pay the bill. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. More
