We have been helped by Gail Fitzpatrick, and she got all records for a Honda that was bought and serviced there at Lundgren Honda. Then we had on going starter issues and she got our car into service the ne records for a Honda that was bought and serviced there at Lundgren Honda. Then we had on going starter issues and she got our car into service the next day. before the end of the day she called us and told us the tech who worked on our car found the problem and had it fixed by 2pm !!! We were so happy that Gail got the car into service asap and we picked it up that afternoon. She is excellent at her job and how she helps the customers, with that said my wife and I will always have our Honda serviced at Lundgren and highly recommend this dealership! And because of Gail with the way she worked with us is on this issue Lundgren Honda has a new customer for service and to purchase a new car from them in the future. Gail saved our vacation! Leaving early to return home, our Odyssey had a check engine light flashing. As soon as Lundgren opened, we called the service department. I live in Western MA and was duped into a lease instead of a purchase by Curry Honda in Chicopee. I filed a complaint with the State Attorney General, but would not return there for service, so I used Bali of a purchase by Curry Honda in Chicopee. I liked the car but not the lease, so I decided to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease. I was approved for a loan from my FL credit union, but MA would not accept a lien from FL. A family member (in Worcester, where I am caregiving) came through with a loan for me at the last minute. Once I phoned Lundgren my Western MA dealership nightmare ended. Dustin Johnson (Finance), Russell Rheault (Sales) and Kenny Seda (Service) were my rescuing angels. All provided the best customer service I have ever received with my HR-V. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they were patient, and helped me to understand the lease buyout process. I was no longer dealing with people that didn't know how to help me. Unfortunately, I don't live in Worcester, so this dealership is about 1.5 hours away, but I will probably make the trip for such great service. Thank you, Lundgren for all your wonderful service. Please be informed and look at your bill for sevices. They slip in a charge for "customer pay shop charge for repair order". After talking to a manager he said it was for disposal of products for the ser They slip in a charge for "customer pay shop charge for repair order". After talking to a manager he said it was for disposal of products for the service. Fees appear to be random and range from 1 to over 5 dollars. I had an oil change done twice. One time this fee was $1.59 the other time $1.65. They also had a "FC Fluid Charge" that was $2.00. I'm not sure what that was for but I guess I'll have to call back and see. Be extremely cautious when checking out. Go over your bill completely and question all charges. I'll be taking my car elsewhere for future service. More

I needed to change 4 tires on my Honda accord 2010. I got a quote from town Tire at Shrewsbury MA for a package of Micheline tires for $700. I sent Lundgren Honda the quote and they said they will match the offer. I made an appointment with them. An hour after waiting there their representative cam and said that the tire they ordered do not fit my car (my car was serviced by them for 10 years) . However they took the tires already from the wheels and offered me to use another brand which is rated 45000 miles(Micheline is rated for 65000 mile) and forced me to accept. They did NOT offer a reduced price for these tires. I really feel cheated and I am not to make any business with them in the future. More
