I had the car delivered to the dealership in early afternoon due to what turned out to be wheel bearing failures. Angy got back to me soon after the techs had a chance to determine the problem. Gotta admit I was skeptical at first, everything seemed too good to be true. Ted was great to work with from the start, communicating via email per my preference with my busy schedule.
