Worst dealership ever!!!! If I could give them a zero, I would. They are crooks. I don't know how they can still be in business. I am a young girl and they completely tried taking advantage of me. It all runs down from their general manager, Peter Blaisdalle. I could literally hear them talking about me when they were trying to be discreet. I am warning you, don't even go to this place. I am actually filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting consumer protection agencies. They made me feel completely belittled. I have lived in Claremont my whole life and heard many terrible rumors about this place, but didn't think it would be that bad. Well.....let me tell you, they are worse than anything I had heard. I even had to change my name for the purpose of this review, because I know many people who work there and I am terrified of being harassed. They should certainly consider firing a majority of their staff and hire people with better ethics. I don't understand how this place is still in business. I wonder if the owner knows what kind of reputation his/her dealership has. I'm sure with the right people it could be a better place. More

Andrew took extra time to work with me on the options available and made sure I had explored every option (including used vs new) before making my final decision. He has a no pressure approach to sales and it was very evident he just wanted to make sure I left satisfied and confident in my choice. I'm the type of customer that some dealers don’t want to deal with: high maintenance, expect excellent customer service, and I know ahead of time what I am willing to pay for a vehicle. Andrew and the team at Subaru of Claremont exceeded my expectations. When it came to closing the deal, they got it right the first time, the price, the options I needed, and the extras I desired.
