I needed a new (used car) quickly ! I was not given an accurate report on the condition of my old car by a local mechanic. Thinking it would be an easy inspection - I was informed by the I was not given an accurate report on the condition of my old car by a local mechanic. Thinking it would be an easy inspection - I was informed by the inspection station that it was "uninspectable" . I saw the extensive rust and oil leaks for myself. I was in Maine and just needed to get home - to New Hampshire. I made it and realized I needed a new car quickly. I went to Subaru of Claremont and was seen right away and helped immediately but Danny Miller. He was pleasant and helpful and not pushy. I am not sure that I was given a "great" deal financially, but the service was very good. I was only given 100$ for my old car - that really was running fine and I had to push to get the tires removed from the old car - (they were brand new). More

Overall I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. Though after spending 30 grand on a new car Joe’s boss refused to throw in a 30 dollar sweatshirt for my daughter! xxxxxx! More

New Outback After dealing with Prime Subaru in Norwich, I decided to try Subaru of Claremont. Glad I did. Such an easy process of buying a new Outback. The scratch-off-the-spots “Play the $25,000 PokeCash Game” card is set up to imply that the recipient is a $5,000 winner. When the spots are scratched off three dragons are revealed in the center column. The card says three dragons “=WIN $5,000 Cash--“. The cards I have examined all have the three dragons in the center column. Is everyone a $5,000 winner? No. Not obvious at all is the fact that that “- -“ is a non-standard footnote symbol for a footnote at the bottom of the opposite side of the card in very small print. The small print tells you that you just have a very small chance to have won anything of value other than a lotto card. This may be legal as the promotional person maintained, but it is sleazy. Do you want to do business with a sleazy dealer? More
