She help me find the vehicle and option that made the most sense for me. I had to wait for the vehicle to be delivered to the dealership. Kim kept me informed about the progress (delivery was delayed) and even texted a picture of the vehicle on the truck as it arrived. My wife also purchased a vehicle from the dealership in August 2016 (Kim was the sales person) and her experience was the same (without the delivery part). More

Changed deal mid stream I went there to purchase a used truck. Called first and was told a total walk out price and no charges including no dealer fees. Took my trade in th I went there to purchase a used truck. Called first and was told a total walk out price and no charges including no dealer fees. Took my trade in they showed me anow amount I did not like. I was told no that's what's left after paying off the trade and it would be my down payment. Then the paperwork begins. Now all of a sudden the walk out price is 1200.00 more thenergy I was told and that I was under water on my trade. I told them I'll pass and walked out and will never go there again. More
