I love my lease! I walked in to my first car purchase/lease unsure of what I really wanted and how much I could actually afford. Walking in to the dealership Wes was the first dealer inside the door and was the unlucky one who would have to help me for pretty much 24 hours straight. From the beginning with showing whatever car I wanted to the end with trying to squeeze as much money out of the dealership as possible he never showed a sign of frustration towards this painful process. Yes buying/leasing a car is a painful process but Wes and Lunghamer made this process as painless as possible and everybody in the dealership was fun, happy and very friendly. Thanks for the help! She pulled up Buick encore for me as that's what I seen in ad and had looked at others for. Never did other's pull up encore for me. Hesther got to know me I felt really welcomed and not a number but just a human being. As she was out pulling up encore told mg. Friend on my phone how sweet she was asking me all needs and could tell my friend that it was genuine as a person she just wanted to help. Encore was brought up she explained everything things others did not. Learned new stuff with her then she even let metake on test drive went with me explained the car and we shared some laughs and nice stories. Very sweet girl very good head on 5 shoulders. Thorough.
