Thought Steve cleaned off 2 vehicles (new 8” of snow), warmed them up and pulled them to the door. He reviewed the necessary vehicle operation items and a few points on the outside of the vehicles. During our drives Steve answered numerous questions about where buttons were and what others buttons did. He was courteous, very knowledgeable on both vehicles, but wasn’t over bearing or pushy. Steve asked questions about the features we wanted and described features we were not aware of to see if we were interested in them. We were comfortable during the test drives and discussions. The process was timely but not rushed. Go to this dealership and test drive a vehicle! More
