Appointment for service I made an appointment for Saturday July 6th 2019 at 12:30 PM to have my Kia Sorento looked at. In fact, before I left home to go to the dealership, I I made an appointment for Saturday July 6th 2019 at 12:30 PM to have my Kia Sorento looked at. In fact, before I left home to go to the dealership, I called and asked questions about warranty. The lady told me that she does not have the information and that it would be provided to me buy the service representative. Once I got to the dealership, a service representative asked me what I needed and I told him that I had an appointment at 12:30 PM. He right away replied "we close in 30 minutes and there is nothing we can do within 30 minutes. You would need to reschedule". I drove 30 minutes to hear the gentleman tell me to reschedule. It really took a while to sink in. Why would a dealership accept an appointment 30 minutes before closing time. Why did not the lady, whom I asked for warranty, tell me that they close 30 minutes after my appointment time. So very unprofessional!!! I ended up driving another 30 minutes to go back home disappointed and frustrated. More

Shadiest people I've EVER dealt with!!! Do Not let them out of your sight to so called count your down payment!! They went & hid to count my down payment & all of a sudden it comes up $100 s Do Not let them out of your sight to so called count your down payment!! They went & hid to count my down payment & all of a sudden it comes up $100 short after i counted it twice at home! I was suppose to get the vehicle for $11,200 but when i get the final paperwork its over $16,000!!!! Shadiest people ever! More

Service it’s horrible Recently, my Q50 are having issues with the engine. It’s making noises and starts ticking. So I took my car to Infiniti dealership in Milwaukee north Recently, my Q50 are having issues with the engine. It’s making noises and starts ticking. So I took my car to Infiniti dealership in Milwaukee north shore . I was confident they will 100 percent help me out with the engine noise and ticking. The mechanics took my car and checked less than 10 minutes and they told me that is a normal sound. I was shock he told that sound is normal. I told him “before 30K mile I never heard this noise.” He was very unhappy, impatiently said” I say that’s normal, you understand. It’s normal engine sound in the car”. i don’t want argue and be angry in there. I felt very disappointed because I know the noise is not normal. After 1 week I went to another Infiniti dealership they fix the fuel damper and no charge. What a suck dealership in north shore. Don’t go there sucks. More
