My only minor issue was that my car, which was already clean, was washed after the service but not dried, leaving some water and water spots on the hood and roof. Even so, I remain extremely happy with Lupient Kia and the outstanding service they provide. More

We just purchased a 2027 Telluride which we are disappointed how it was delivered. This vehicle sat on the show room floor for well over a month and when we received it there was still stickers on disappointed how it was delivered. This vehicle sat on the show room floor for well over a month and when we received it there was still stickers on the tires, seat belt not working properly, sunroof inoperable, etc. My wife spent 2.5 hours at the service department recently to be told we need to come back and they will need to remove the windshield in order to fix the sunroof and they would supply us a loaner. Question: who inspected this vehicle for delivery? Shouldn't this have been done before we picked it up? We love the Telluride but somewhat concerned about care from the dealership. More
