By far the best Kia dealer service department in the Milwaukee area. Russ Darrow is terrible, and I will never go back. So Lupient wins purely on how poor the other Kia dealers are. Lupient has always been timely and their shuttle service works great for work days downtown. The only issue I have had is they forgot to wash my car after completing a recall. More

Ryan was good to work with - very responsive to emails before I drove down, and apologized for some information not being shared before my in person visit (small dents). Trade in with Ben was rough (told me my a/c didn't work when it did and more) but we got through it. Financing was fine and Paul was efficient and helpful. Dealer sent me home with a half a tank of gas because I "only" bought a used car and not new (even though I spent over $30K). No "thank you" or follow-up via email after the sale which would have been a nice touch (even if an "auto" email). Average experience overall. More
