All of my questions were answered thoroughly and accurately. I was excited to purchase my 2011 Mazda3, Jamie made my shopping experience fun and exciting. We purchased it as certified pre-owned about a two months ago with 25,000 miles, and we were hearing a loud noise so we brought it in and the oil was practically empty. If we didn't have it checked out our engine could have blown. Ever since, our vehicle misfires when we press on the gas pedal. We were conned into purchasing an extended warranty and I'm convinced that they sold us the extended warranty because the vehicle runs like crap and they knew it. or sales guy was so nice when we called about the issues, he said that we could bring it in to attempt to sell it back to the dealership, but I know we will lose our down payment. First time and last time buying a Kia. More
