Based on many Google reviews praising this Dealership, I make an appointment for service. On the day of my appointment, I am running about 10min late so I hastily drove into the first available spot to park. RED FLAG No.1: The next thing I know is that the Lusti Detail guy is suddenly kicking the front of my car...RED FLAG No.2: the Service Manager quickly diffuses this "little" incident but offers no remedy for the scratches on the hood of my classic BMW. WAIT A MINUTE!! The website video proclaims this Dealer as "San Diego's #1 Independent Automotive Service Center..." RED FLAG No.3: I AM CHARGED $300 FOR A LOOSE WIRE?!?
Should have checked all reviews, including Yelp.com, before bringing my collectible BMW here! TERRIBLE STAFF PREDATORY PRICING are the reasons for this rating.
