Initial process to get my Ford F150 repaired was smooth and Alex kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He was professional, courteous, and he has the right demeanor for the job. After picking up my repaired truck I noticed a slight rattle noise whenever the door closed over the next several weeks. It wasn't until approximately 1.5 months later where I was able to give them a call to inquire about my options to have it looked into since it began after the door was replaced. I was told to swing on by whenever I had time so an estimator could take a look. I showed up and Alex came out to meet me and I asked him to listen to my concerns. He did and 30 minutes later I was out of there with a fixed door. I was extremely pleased with what I initially thought might be a challenge after that much time had passed. It wasn't. I'll save my opinion for the customer satisfaction 5 star approach and random survey for another day. Just wanted to share my experience with this dealership. Take care of this guy Lute Riley!
