I made an appointment for service on our 2021 Honda Pilot due to a service reminder that popped up on the dash board for scheduled maintenance fluid replacement on the rear differential transfer case, brake due to a service reminder that popped up on the dash board for scheduled maintenance fluid replacement on the rear differential transfer case, brake fluid flush and replacement and an oil change (as it was close to the mileage requirement). I was asked if I had a time or date for an appointment and as I’m retired, I did not. As it turned out I was able to make the appt for the next morning. Mike, my tech rep was friendly and helpful, check-in was quick and simple. I asked what he felt would be an accurate quote for cost and how long the service would take. His software said it would be about an hour and a half (which it was) and as it turned out accurate for cost as well. Shawn the tech performing the maintenance sent an impressive video explaining what was being done to the car and showed what the vehicle looked like while the brake fluid was being flushed then showed the under side of the car when it was on the hoist prior to the oil being changed, pointed out the oil filter and walked to the rear to show the transfer case, he said the air and cabin filters looked clean so no replacement required and that the rest of the car looked ok. As I said above the, maintenance was done in around an hour and a half, I was emailed an invoice that took a few minutes to fill out and used a credit card to pay and digitally signed for it prior to going to the service dept. I’m handicapped and had asked Mike if they could park the car close to the front door so I didn’t have to try to search for it, he said he would have it brought into the check-in area so I wouldn’t have to search for it and to make it easier to load my walker in the back of the car, he was true to his word and I greatly appreciate the extra mile all the staff took to make this as easy as it was. More

I’ve never brought a vehicle to any mechanic before, let alone a dealership. The whole experience from start to finish was very streamlined and easy.
