Maybe the service part should have gotten scheduled right away or next day so we can plan around the service date. Sales I’d say 10/10. Service maybe 8/10. Which really i think service should be rock solid 10/10 because services is probably usually 100% profit vs selling products and goods. More

Usually service is good except for the last few times Ive had issues. My 2017 Ridgeline got the diff fluid and oil serviced and they didnt put the drain plug on tightly so it leaked diff fluid everywhere. Th had issues. The awd light came on and possible concern for future issues due to driving with low to no diff fluid. One of the service advisor wasnt aware of a system issue so he was going to charge me extra for an oil change until one of his peers informed him that there was a system glitch where oil was more expensive. My 2017 honda civic type R got an oil change and they checked the cabin air filter but didnt put the glove compartment back on properly. It was crooked and didnt open and close correclty. Not sure who is working on my vehicles the last few times but I've lost some confidence bringing my car to this dealer for services. More
