The work itself was okay. However I was waiting four hours for my car to be completed. (an oil change and tire rotation) Finally, I went back to the service center and learned that my service attendan hours for my car to be completed. (an oil change and tire rotation) Finally, I went back to the service center and learned that my service attendant HAD LEFT without telling anyone (or me) that my car was done. At least two hours waisted. And then, when I finally got my car there was a huge grease spot on the driver's seat back. The car had to go back to have the spot removed...another hour. Very poor customer relations. More

Sold me a car with damages but tried to hurry and get the buy . && finessed me into agreeing for extended car warranty which increased my overall loan about $9000 .
