I usually have wonderful experiences at Honda but this time I did not at all. I had a tire rotation done at this Honda location a week before this appointment which went fine. I then returned because my c time I did not at all. I had a tire rotation done at this Honda location a week before this appointment which went fine. I then returned because my car was acting strange and had all the signs of a lose tire (most likely because it wasn’t fully tightened during the tire rotation). Chad greeted me and took notes on what I was saying - he was amazing. My information then got passed over to Alex since I had worked with him for the appointment a week before. I was expecting Honda to tighten my tire for free since this was most likely from the rotation. Instead, I was told by Alex that my car needed $1,000 in repairs, so I left. When I got back in my car, it ran perfectly fine. I believe that they tightened my tire and then tried to scam me for $1,000. I came in confused on what was wrong with my tired and felt that my confusion was taken advantage of. More
