This place is horrible and I will never purchase another vehicle from there. My oil was low after a routine appointment causing excessive loud engine noise. I brought it back and they topped off the oil and lied saying there was no issue. I didn't tell them in the first place I checked the oil before bringing it back in and there was next to nothing. They over tightened a bracket installing a new drive shaft due to recall and broke my wheel bearing causing me to drive in dangerous conditions and made it seem as if it what they did wasn't their fault, although I will say they did pick up the tab by pushing it through my warranty. Horrible experience! On Friday 3/19/2021, A junior #AAPI salesperson helped us test-drive a 2018 Toyota Highlander at home (using 'LutherDirect' remote car buying service). We requested a purchase agreement salesperson helped us test-drive a 2018 Toyota Highlander at home (using 'LutherDirect' remote car buying service). We requested a purchase agreement 2 hours before closing, but he was told that we would have to wait until Saturday morning because he could not get help from any of the four finance officers on staff. Immediately upon receiving the purchase agreement at 9:30 am Saturday 3/20/2021, we were on our way from the bank with a certified check when we heard back... a different salesperson sold the same car to someone else -- despite us already having the purchase agreement AND the money! To make matters worse, the dealership manager showed absolutely no remorse whatsoever for this salesperson losing the commission and made absolutely no effort to save the sale. His excuse? He was unaware of what was going on on the floor... and because an in-person customer serviced by a more senior sales staff takes priority. No more needs to be said... stay away. More
