One of the most caring dealer service departments I have ever dealt with. Rapid response to my emails. The Pilot/Passport infotainment system has some well known issues (see Edmunds reviews). One dealer advised not to bring the Passport in until the system stopped working rather than the current intermediate experience. This other dealer advised to use only Apple cables and get new ones every 6-months. WRONG! On the the other hand, Brookdale advised to bring the vehicle in so they could work on it. What a difference! Vehicle did have to go in two times to repair this frustrating problem (for Honda engineers as well as I). Both times the service folks treated me very well, explained the problem and possible solutions. More
